It’s hard to believe, but here it is. Yes, after months of cold days and grey skies it finally arrived. The last winter seemed to last forever, but fortunately everything has come to an end and this week brought the big relief, winter is over, it’s gone. It’s probably my favorite season of the year, when the sunlight gets more intense, does warm up everything and is making nature explode. Within one week there are blossoms everywhere and the forest around the city is turning into a green sea inviting people to go on a hike.
Like nature is changing quickly, so do the people. The streets are now full of them and everyone seems to be in a good mood. They all enjoy the warm sunlight embracing their bodies.
Yeah, it’s definitely my favorite time of the year and it’s a pleasure to go out and capture those beautiful moments.
Great pictures! I am very impressive by them because I just visited Heidelburg with my family last summer. And my younger sister lives there, too.
My question is that did you transfer those photos from raw files or shot directly in jpeg format.

Thank you! 🙂 The X100s delivers pretty good JPEGs, but to get all the dynamic range and quality out of this sensor, I use only RAW!
