…taking the X100s where it belongs. This thing was made for roaming the streets like nothing else I’ve used before. So far, I am still happy with the “S” but wait, there is one thing I didn’t mentioned in my review and that’s the poor battery life. If you’re not careful and you don’t switch it off when not using, this thing will suck the battery empty like nothing. Yesterday I ended up with around 150 shots when the battery died. I always carry a spare battery with me, but nevertheless that’s something to consider when you go out. For a full day of shooting it’s better to bring 4-5 batteries if you don’t want to run out of power. The good thing is, these batteries are quite cheap so that’s no deal breaker here. Hopefully we’ll see higher capacity ones in the future. 🙂
Terrific work, again! Are those post processed files or out of camera jpegs?

Thanks Felipe! Those have all been processed using ACR and Silver Efex for black and white.

Wonderful job! Your pictures remind me of a very low-profile street.

Robin, very nice results! loved the one of the guy with the kid, and the other of the bald man with the cigaret looking at your lens. They have a film look.
Do you think LR 4.4 would process nicely as well, since both are from Adobe?

Felipe, ACR in PS and Lightroom are using the same engine, that being said the results should look the same, at least if you’re using the latest version.
